- Data questions. A number looks wrong, a ticker is missing, a percentile seems off: write to the general address with the ticker and the figure, and we will check it against the filings. Divergence reports are genuinely useful to us.
- Research and methodology. Questions about how the valuation percentile is computed, what we cover, or a published piece go to the research address, straight to the research desk.
- Press. Put "Press" in the subject line of a note to the general address. Charts and figures may be reproduced with attribution and a link.
We read everything. Replies come from a small team, so give us a day or two.
