1. What StockResearch is

StockResearch (stockresearch.app) is a free research site. It publishes valuation data computed from public sources, charts, screeners, comparison tools, guides, and research articles. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. No investment advice, no fiduciary relationship

Everything on this site is for informational purposes only. Nothing on it is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, an offer or solicitation, or tax or legal advice. Using the site creates no advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and StockResearch. Investment decisions are yours, made at your own risk, and you should consider consulting a licensed financial adviser before making them.

3. Data accuracy and availability

Our valuation dataset is computed in-house from SEC EDGAR filings and market prices. We cross-check computed figures against independent snapshots and flag divergences rather than publish them. Even so:

• Figures are provided on a best-effort, as-is basis, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
• Market data may be delayed. Filings can be restated, and series may be revised when that happens.
• Coverage is partial and changes over time.
• The site may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Do not rely on any single figure without checking the primary source. Every number on the site links to its provenance for exactly this reason.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal and professional research. You may not:

• Scrape or crawl the site at rates that degrade service for others, or in violation of robots.txt.
• Misrepresent the data: present altered figures as ours, strip provenance, or imply that StockResearch endorses your analysis, product, or investment conclusions.
• Use the site to violate any law, or attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to it.
• Resell or bulk-redistribute the dataset without written permission.

5. Intellectual property

The computed dataset (multiple series, percentiles, and derived statistics), the site's text, charts, and design are the property of StockResearch. Underlying facts from public filings belong to no one; the computed series and presentation are our original work.

You may quote figures and reproduce individual charts for research, commentary, and journalism with attribution to StockResearch and a link to the source page. Anything beyond that, ask first.

6. Third-party links and sources

The site links to third-party sources, including SEC EDGAR and market-data providers, and may link to external articles. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all content are provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockResearch and its team are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site, including investment losses, losses from data errors or omissions, and losses from downtime. If liability is found despite this section, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. The service is free, so that amount is zero.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be noted on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
