A CHESS Depositary Interest (CDI) represents an interest in an underlying share. Life360's issuer documentation specifies three CDIs per US common share. The calculation is (21.32 × 3 × 0.701508224 ÷ 44.39 − 1) × 100 = 1.1%, rounded to one decimal place.

A positive result means the ASX line carries the premium in this view. Reverse the comparison and the percentage changes because the denominator changes. It is not enough to flip the sign.

Calendars matter as much as currency

The chart uses each exchange's local trading date. An Australian Monday opening timestamp must not become a Sunday observation just because it is stored in UTC. Listing prices and foreign-exchange observations advance independently; a later observation does not fill an earlier gap.

That still leaves asynchronous closes. The two markets do not trade at the same moment, and the latest prices can incorporate different news. Fees, tax treatment, settlement and conversion restrictions can also matter. A visible premium is not an executable arbitrage quote.

A checked pair list, plus the original comparison tool

Cross-listings contains 30 source-verified pairs. It is a curated set, not a ranking of the world's 30 most liquid pairs. Each pair states its ratio and sources. History begins only where the listing identity and ratio apply.

For example, SK hynix's Nasdaq ADR comparison uses ten American depositary receipts per Korean ordinary share. TSMC's comparison uses five Taiwan ordinary shares per US depositary share. Those are different units, not interchangeable defaults.

The custom cross-listing comparison remains available for another pair. Check the listing identities and ratio before interpreting its output. Follow a verified pair to keep it on your list; email delivery is not enabled at launch.
